The Story of My Quarter Life Crisis

For a while I thought I was on track to becoming a successful adult. I got good grades in school, landed a job right out of college, and maintained a stable relationship with my boyfriend of five years. I even got a dog.

By any measure, things were going great, but there were plenty of moments when I felt unhappy and lost. I experienced waves of anxiety and self-doubt, and there were nights where I would wake up staring at the ceiling, asking myself what the heck was I doing.

I was going through a quarter life crisis.

Turns out, I wasn’t the only one feeling this way. LinkedIn thinks this affects over half of all Millennials, and I found that a lot of my close friends were also fighting their own battles against stress and unhappiness.

For the longest time I thought that the only way to beat back these feelings was to work harder, but that never seemed to help. It was only when I took a step back that I realized how little the things I was stressing about actually mattered.

I wanted to make something that would remind us to relax once in a while, and with a little creative inspiration from a friend, I came up with Piece of Mind.

Puzzles are something that I’ve enjoyed solving ever since I was a kid. It helps me get my mind off things in the most hectic times and it’s always been a fun activity to share with my friends and family.

I am so excited to share my passion project with you all. I hope these puzzles help you through your own struggles and allow you to find your peace of mind.
